Gundogan heading to Arsenal or Man Utd as Dortmund want £26m Liverpool target Nainggolan

Borussia Dortmuns appear to be preparing for life without Ilkay Gundogan after lining up Radja Nainggolan as his replacement.

Gundogan has been heavily linked with a move to the England since the summer, with Arsenal and Manchester United credited with an interest.

The German playmaker was forced to stay put, however, due to a lengthy back injury, but has now returned to full fitness.

The 24-year-old is understood to be available for around £20m.

And Dortmund have boosted the chance of Gundogan switching to the Premier League after lining up a move for Roma midfielder Nainggolan.

The news comes as a blow to Liverpool, who were keen to land the Belgium international for £26m.

Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is likely to step up his interest in Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who has a reported price-tag of £25m.
