Italian Serie A side, Lazio have rejected Liverpool’s €20 million bid for 19-year-old Spanish striker, Keita Balde Diao.

According to Sky Sports Italy, Lazio has rejected Liverpool’s opening bid and have responded by demanding €30 million for the goal-scorer.

Keita came up with Barcelona, but after playing a practical joke on a teammate while on tour in Qatar, the then 15-year-old was sent to Cornella, where he scored 47 goals in one season.

The striker, born to Senegalese parents in Arbúcies, Catalonia, then made the €300,000 move to Lazio, rejected interest from Real Madrid and Manchester United.

Keita was then promoted to the senior team in 2013 and despite only scoring five goals, has attracted interest from Liverpool, but Juventus and Manchester United, again.
