Stephen Keshi has moved to deny claims he has stepped down as the Head Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Keshi reacted to media claims suggesting his resignation as Nigeria coach saying "What i said to my players was that this may be my last match at the helm of affairs in the national team,i was a bit shocked that the global media went to town to say i have called it quits with the national team.
The Super Eagles boss,who led the team to the round of 16 in the Wold Cup in Brazil,before loosing out 2-0 to France went on to conclude that "Resignations are not done on the pages of newspapers,but formally".
