Chelsea striker Diego Costa wins our Player Of the Week, after a five star performance to dismantle Swansea at Stamford Bridge.

The hitman banged an unstoppable hat-trick to dispatch their opponents,as the Blues hit Swansea from behind to move clear at the Premier League summit.

Diego Costa powered a header from a corner kick to pull the Blues level at the stroke of half-time, before firing home a Fabregas pass into the top left corner to put the Blues ahead,just after the restart.

The 25-year Old completed his treble,poking home a tame Ramires strike in the Swansea box past Fabianski,before substitute Loic Remy replaced him to round offf the rout.
