Video: Spain surprise Diego Costa with birthday cake after Chelsea hit man turns 26

Chelsea striker Diego Costa was given a birthday surprise by the Spain squad after turning 26 years old on Tuesday.

The Brazilian-born striker has been included in the national side for their Euro 2016 qualifiers against Slovakia and Luxembourg this week.

Before focusing on matters on the pitch, Costa was surprised with a birthday cake while dining with his Spain teammates.

The players also broke into a rendition of 'Cumpleanos Feliz' for the Chelsea man.
