Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini believes that he was unfairly criticised by the media during David Moyes's short regime at Old Trafford.
The Scotsman signed the Belgian international from Everton for £27m in 2013, but it was a poor first season at Old Trafford for Fellaini.
The midfielder's manager was sacked less than 10 months into the job and the team finished seventh in the Premier League table.
In an interview with Goal.com, Fellaini said: "It was worse for me because I was the first signing for David Moyes, so I received all the criticism.
"I had no chance. Everything was being put on me. It was a bad experience but also a good experience because now I know what the journalists see."
United are currently fifth in the league table under Louis van Gaal's guidance.
