Chelsea have added goalkeeper Hilario to their backroom staff after he decided to retire from professional football.
Hilario had made 20 Premier League appearances for the Blues since signing for the club in 2006 as backup to Petr Cech.
However, after he was demoted further down the pecking order after the arrival of Thibaut Courtois, the Portuguese veteran has opted to ended his playing days.
The 38-year-old is now expected to aid the development of the club's younger goalkeeping prospects.
