Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas to wear special protective mask after breaking his nose

Cesc Fabregas will be fitted with a special protective mask after breaking his nose.
The Blues midfielder broke his nose during a clash with Charlie Adam in his side's 2-1 win over Stoke on Saturday.
Fabregas flew out to Milan on Tuesday to undergo surgery and posted a pic afterwards.
The Spaniard sported two black eyes and is a doubt to face QPR on Sunday (1:30pm).
The Daily Mail claim Fabregas will be fitted with a mask that will bear his initial and squad number 'C4'.
Fabregas' mask has been produced by Ortholabsport, an orthopaedic centre in Milan.
The centre has produced masks for former Chelsea players Fernando Torres and Demba Ba.
