Chelsea have dominated this year's PFA Premier League Team of the Year, making up six of the starting 11.
The Blues' defensive trio of John Terry, Gary Cahill and Branislav Ivanovic have all been selected, having helped keep 26 league clean sheets - the joint best in the league.
And Mourinho's men also pack-out the midfield with Nemanja Matic and Eden Hazard both making the cut after impressive campaigns.
Chelsea's loan front-man Diego Costa has also made the grade after bagging 19 league goals in his first season in the Premier League, making him the third most deadly striker.
The Spain international is joined up top with Tottenham's on-fire attacker Harry Kane, who having only been handed his league debut in November, has notched up 20 goals.
Unsurprisingly, Manchester United's shot-stopper David de Gea is the goalkeeper of choice, having kept 10 clean sheets and was the star performer for Louis van Gaal early on in the campaign.
Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho complete the midfield four and Southampton's Ryan Bertrand is a surprise choice at left-back.
And defending champions Manchester City fail to secure a single player in the team, despite holding onto second place in the league for most of the season.
